 Ty Greene, co-founder of Stand & Shout Ministries, joined the staff of MOG/WOG in 2003, while attending The Baptist College of Florida and ministering in DeFuniak Springs. He graduated from BCF in 2005 with a degree in Theology. Ty's heart is to minister to churches, students, and young adults. He and his wife Liz, a 2006 graduate of BCF (B.A. Counseling), live in Leesburg, Georgia where Ty is the College and Youth Minister at First Baptist Church Leesburg, GA.
 Julie Peterson has been part of MOG/WOG since the beginning. Having brought her students each year she has also had key roles as a speaker, writing material, and a behind the scenes partner. She has served as the youth minister at Yulee Baptist Church since 04. She is a gifted speaker and has a wonderful ability to connect with teenagers. Julie graduated from BCF with a BA in Christian Education. Also, she has recently received her masters from Liberty University.
 Nicole Griffin, a 05 graduate of BCF (B.A. Christian Education), is another icon of MOG/WOG. She has also been involved in MOG/WOG from its first year in various roles: administration, small group leader, track speaker, and more! Nicole is active in youth ministry in everything from teaching small groups at church to planning and leading youth events. Nicole’s real passion is her heart for discipling teenage girls.
 Malia Parrish joined the MOG/WOG family as a small group leader in 05. Since then she has become an invaluable recruiter for our small group staff. Malia has a gift to reach teenage girls and this is evident in the lives of those she has touched through Girls’ Ministry. In December 2008, Malia will graduate from The Baptist College of Florida with a B.A. in Christian Education and a Minor in Missions.
